Qualifications

• Proven managerial experience in SHES/Health & Safety.
• Relevant memberships at a senior level like IOSH/IEMA/CQI.
• Familiarity with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in SHESQ matters and support roles.
• Ensure compliance with SHESQ Plans and company procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections/audits for compliance.
• Lead incident investigations and recommend improvements.
• Develop and implement SHESQ campaigns and improvement plans.

Skills

Proven experience within a SHES / Health & Safety managerial role

Relevant SHESQ Membership at Senior level – IOSH / IEMA / CQI

MS package knowledge (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio, MS Project)

Solid understanding of ISO 9001, 14001 and BS OHSAS 18001 standards

Experience within civil engineering or construction
