Working Pattern: Part Time
Salary (Pro rata): £15,959.68
Location: Based mainly in Hereford city centre, with occasional countywide travel.

Sexual Health 4 Herefordshire is looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Sexual Healthcare Support Worker/Receptionist to join our friendly team in Hereford.

This is a dual role, combining reception duties with clinical support. You will be the first point of contact for patients, helping create a welcoming, non-judgemental environment while supporting people to access sexual health services.

The Role Includes:
  • Patient reception, bookings, and IT-based administration
  • Supporting clinicians in clinic, including chaperoning, self-testing support and phlebotomy
  • General admin, data tasks, and some marketing/social media activity
  • Occasional reception work at outreach clinics across the county
