We operate a registered care home in Ludlow, Shropshire, as well as Supported Living Services (SLS) across Telford & Wrekin, Herefordshire, and Shropshire. Additionally, we offer Supported Living Services in Bradford, where individuals reside in private flats. Our commitment is to providing personalized, high-quality care in a range of supportive environments.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Ludlow for a Service Manager at VISION HOMES ASSOCIATION. The Service Manager will oversee and ensure the smooth daily operation of care services, including staffing, support plans, and compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities include managing and training staff, creating individualized care plans, supporting service users to achieve their goals, and maintaining communication between staff, service users, and their families. The Service Manager will play a key role in achieving the organizational vision of delivering personalized and quality care.
