Overview

VodafoneThree is hiring a Service Desk Advisor to join its Business UK function, supporting customers across sectors like retail, banking, and public services. This is a remote, full-time role with a rotating shift pattern, offering a competitive salary, performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.

You’ll be the first point of contact for business customers, resolving incidents, managing expectations, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver a seamless support experience.

Key Details
  • Salary: £29,215 base + annual performance bonus
  • Hours: 37.5 hours/week
    • Weekdays: 7am–3pm & 11am–7pm (2-week rotation)
    • Weekends: 7am–3pm & 11am–7pm (one weekend day every 2 weeks on an 8-week rotation)
  • Location: Remote (UK-based)
  • Home Working Kit: “Office in a Box” provided
