A leading vehicle services company is seeking a Service Coordinator to manage customer breakdowns. You will assist customers through the rectification process and work with repair workshops to ensure swift service. Outstanding customer service skills and attention to detail are essential for this role. This full-time position offers a salary starting from £29,008 and a hybrid working environment, along with an exceptional benefits package.

We have an exciting opportunity for someone who has outstanding customer service skills to join the team as a Service Coordinator. Scania Assistance provides 24/7 breakdown assistance, where you will be the customers’ first point of contact, right the way through to closing the case once it has been resolved. You will be committed to providing high quality customer service and have excellent attention to detail to ensure our customers experience the best service.
