What the job involves
  • You will be responsible for ensuring efficient dispatch of engineers to create high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure service centre objectives are adhered to including compliance, health & safety, productivity, cost control, WIP, invoicing and productivity to meet or exceed the budgeted targets.
Work Experience
  • Previous background in a fast moving, customer service role either within motor industry or other customer service environment.
  • A successful track record in the ability to prioritise work loads, multi task, work without supervision and a confident decision maker.
  • IT literate with a good understanding of computers and systems.
Desirable Attributes
  • The ability to understand technical aspects of a vehicle.
  • Previous working within SAP.
  • The ability to communicate at all levels.
