Qualifications

• Experience in contract administration, customer service or inside sales is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact customers to renew monthly service contracts.
• Create and send pipette calibration quotations.
• Respond quickly to customer leads and enquiries.
• Process contract amendments accurately.
• Make outbound calls to existing customers.
• Keep the team inbox clear.
• Support the field sales team.
