What you’ll be doing
  • Set customer expectations and keep them updated throughout the service or repair process

  • Upsell additional products where appropriate

  • Follow up with customers to ensure they’re delighted with the work carried out

What we’re looking for
  • Previous customer-facing service experience (essential)

  • Strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain relationships

  • Confidence working in a fast-paced environment while meeting targets and deadlines

  • Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial, but not essential
