Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Advisor or a Senior Service Advisor to join the busy Service Department at our Lloyd Ltd branch in Carlisle.

Job Role

As a Service Advisor you will be responsible for dealing with all customers, both in-person and over the phone, in a professional, prompt, and courteous manner, portraying a positive first impression of the Service Department. You will relay information, sometimes technical, between our Service Manager, Engineers, and customers to ensure all machinery work is carried out in a timely manner and to the requirements of our customers.

You will also be responsible for promoting service works and repairs and completing relevant paperwork for the department. The successful applicant must have the ability to work as part of a small team in a busy, pressurised environment.

Job Criteria

The ideal Service Advisor will hold the following skills and experiences:

• Experience in a similar role or within the agricultural, construction or groundcare/lawncare sectors;


• Enjoy the challenge of influencing the success of the Service department;


• Excellent communication and organisational skills;


• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines;


• IT literate.
