About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in keyword research and competitor analysis, ensuring this alligns to the goals and objectives of the client
  • Assist in executing on-page optimisations across clients, monitoring the impact of changes and sharing with client
  • Help create and edit high-quality editorial, eCommerce, and blog content that meets client goals and objectives
  • Implement updates in CMS platforms like WordPress, WooCommerce, and Shopify with guidance
Performance Analysis
  • Help prepare monthly reports and technical plans, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Support the monitoring of organic search performance data, identifying trends and opportunities.
  • Escalate any challenges promptly and offer initial ideas for resolution.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics that align with the client’s goals.
  • Contribute to calls and F2F meetings, demonstrating a clear understanding of the client.
  • Proactively problem-solve and escalate any challenges to team members
  • Support with ad hoc reporting and data analysis.
Innovation and Learning
  • Stay informed on SEO trends, techniques, and search engine guidelines to enhance your skills.
  • Actively participate in training sessions and contribute to team discussions.
  • Assist in brainstorming and suggesting ideas to improve SEO performance and content effectiveness.
Job Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year in Content Marketing or an equivalent Digital Marketing role, ideally in an agency environment.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication: Ability to explain campaign performance and strategies clearly to clients.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
