About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in keyword research and competitor analysis, ensuring this alligns to the goals and objectives of the client
- Assist in executing on-page optimisations across clients, monitoring the impact of changes and sharing with client
- Help create and edit high-quality editorial, eCommerce, and blog content that meets client goals and objectives
- Implement updates in CMS platforms like WordPress, WooCommerce, and Shopify with guidance
Performance Analysis
- Help prepare monthly reports and technical plans, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Support the monitoring of organic search performance data, identifying trends and opportunities.
- Escalate any challenges promptly and offer initial ideas for resolution.
- Track and report on key performance metrics that align with the client’s goals.
- Contribute to calls and F2F meetings, demonstrating a clear understanding of the client.
- Proactively problem-solve and escalate any challenges to team members
- Support with ad hoc reporting and data analysis.
Innovation and Learning
- Stay informed on SEO trends, techniques, and search engine guidelines to enhance your skills.
- Actively participate in training sessions and contribute to team discussions.
- Assist in brainstorming and suggesting ideas to improve SEO performance and content effectiveness.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 1 year in Content Marketing or an equivalent Digital Marketing role, ideally in an agency environment.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Communication: Ability to explain campaign performance and strategies clearly to clients.
- Organisational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- A dynamic and varied role — no two days will be the same.
