• Commercial underwriting experience in a related field.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships in a commercial setting.
• Ability to coach and train others effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop, negotiate, and profitably underwrite new/existing business.
• Support the acquisition and implementation of new schemes.
• Manage a defined caseload and oversee existing schemes.
• Provide coaching and training within the team as required.
• Conduct audits and handle complaints according to policy.
