Qualifications

• Degree in Construction or Engineering required.
• Experience in construction planning essential.

Responsibilities

• Attend and contribute to project meetings.
• Review the Employer’s Requirements and highlight deficiencies.
• Prepare and maintain detailed engineering and construction schedules.
• Lead production of reports and programme narratives.
• Monitor project progress and propose mitigation measures.

Skills

Advanced competence in appropriate Planning software

Broad experience within appropriate construction environment

Active experience of working with a wide range of planning techniques

Advanced understanding of commercial and contractual processes

Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft packages

Understanding of BIM and 4D planning

Ability to resource and cost load programmes

Education

Degree/HND/HNC in Construction / Engineering
