We are looking for a Senior Trade Operative to join our team at Cambria, playing a key role in delivering high-quality property maintenance services. This is a hands‑on role where you will manage and motivate multi‑skilled teams, oversee property maintenance works to ensure homes are safe and maintained to a high standard.
You will help shape service delivery by aligning skills with service demand, support personal growth within the teams whilst improving operational excellence.
A Basic DBS check is required for this role.
