Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of BRC v9, retailer COPs, and technical systems.
• Experience within a technical management/quality leadership role in food manufacturing.
• Excellent people-management skills and ability to motivate and develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure BRC v9, legislation, and customer codes are met and exceeded.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the technical team.
• Maintain and develop the Quality Management System.
• Identify trends, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee internal/external audits.
