Job Description

McDonald’s is on an exciting journey to revolutionize our observability and AIOps capabilities. Our mission is to transform data into actionable insights and drive operational excellence. We seek a team member to bridge the gap between technology stakeholders and the observability and AIOps teams.

This role involves representing the voice of technology in developing processes and governance frameworks. Your expertise in IT operations and observability, along with excellent communication skills, will be vital in designing incident management, monitoring, and automation capabilities. Ensuring alignment across teams will foster a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Automation: Implement AI-driven automation to enhance IT operations efficiency.
  • Monitoring and Maintenance: Use AIOps tools to monitor systems, detect anomalies, and predict issues.
  • Data Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain ETL pipelines within Cribl for data collection and processing.
  • Collaboration: Work with development, operations, and observability teams to integrate AI solutions.
  • Incident Management: Use AIOps for proactive incident resolution.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously improve system performance using AI insights.
Qualifications

Technical Skills Required:

  • AIOps Platforms: Familiarity with Moogsoft, BigPanda, or IBM Watson AIOps.
  • Cloud Native Expertise: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Google Cloud, or Terraform.
