Role Overview

As a Senior Team Leader, you’ll be a key leader within the Inverness branch — leading by example, developing your team, and ensuring operational goals are met. You’ll champion our values, provide first-class customer service, and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, support and coach the branch team to deliver high performance and excellent customer service.
  • Drive achievement of branch operational targets and key performance indicators.
  • Assist the Branch Manager with daily operational oversight and decision-making.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive work environment that encourages learning and engagement.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding and development of new team members.
  • Manage performance issues and provide constructive feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, policies and procedures.
  • Act as a visible role model for service excellence and company values.
