As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, based in either Ireland or the UK, you’ll lead the charge in hiring for major functions across diverse regions and hiring managers. Your deep understanding of client business groups will empower you to present compelling opportunities and career paths to candidates, ensuring a seamless and engaging recruitment journey. Your strategic problem‑solving prowess will be instrumental in shaping the future of the organizations you support, propelling our growth to new heights.

Responsibilities
  • Own hiring for a major function across multiple hiring managers or regions, leveraging deep understanding of client business groups to articulate opportunities and career paths to candidates.
  • Influence, communicate, and partner effectively with senior clients, managing relationships with hiring managers and leaders as a subject matter expert.
  • Demonstrate deep market knowledge and proactive communication to hiring managers about candidate pools, territories, and competition.
  • Leverage a strong understanding of ClickUp’s market position and growth potential to engage passive candidates, using industry knowledge and trends.
  • Establish work priorities and timelines under limited direction, creating consistent proactive reporting for stakeholders, including Talent Insights and Stage Analysis reports.
  • Manage personal metrics, self‑aware of recruiter screens, hiring manager screens, and panels needed to meet hiring goals, with accurate forecasting.
  • Consistently use ATS properly to maintain ClickUp’s compliance, achieving targets while striving for higher quality in placing mid to senior‑level positions.
  • Proactively look for process improvements for the stakeholder group supported and implement them.
  • Review, select, and share information on key technologies, best practices, and tools with the group.
