A prominent consultancy firm in the UK seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the full recruitment lifecycle. This role involves partnering with hiring managers to refine recruitment strategies, enhance employer branding, and improve processes for hiring. The ideal candidate will have significant recruiting experience, strong negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to sourcing diverse talent. Offering competitive salary and flexible working options, this role is based in Bristol or London, with a hybrid work model.
To support LUC‘s continued growth and success, we are adding a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to our growing and diverse, ambitious People and Culture team. The role would suit someone who has worked actively within recruitment either in-house or in a recruitment consultancy role.
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for leading the full life-cycle recruiting efforts to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent across LUC. This role partners closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to design effective hiring strategies, improve recruiting processes, and ensure a positive candidate experience. The Senior Recruiter also plays a key role in employer branding and workforce planning initiatives.
The focus of the role will be finding fantastic people to fill a wide range of vacancies, from familiar admin roles, to niche technical professionals and Board level appointments. However, alongside this you will have the opportunity to get involved with projects to develop our long-term talent pipeline, engaging with education, careers events and our wider community of stakeholders.
The role includes the opportunity to share and participate actively in the management and ownership of the business through the Employee Ownership Trust, which places full ownership of the company with the employees.
The role is based in LUC’s offices in Bristol or London. We work in a hybrid model with people being in the office a minimum of two days per week. There will also be travel required to visit sites, client offices and other office locations.
A full-time role is based on 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday). However, LUC has a strong track record in flexible working, and we have been recognised for our flexible working culture, so we are happy to discuss a range of flexible working options for this role including part time hours (minimum 30 hours per week) if desired.
Salary: £32,500 - £42,000 Dependent upon Experience (Plus £4k London Weighing if applicable)
The Senior recruiter will have obtained a strong level of experience as a recruitment consultant and be confident in handling the full recruitment lifecycle.
