A technology and engineering firm is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to lead technical delivery of Test & Evaluation projects across MOD Land Ranges in the UK. As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will play a critical role in delivering and supporting the through‑life technical delivery of specialist Test & Evaluation equipment and facilities across MOD Land Ranges in the UK. This role ensures that complex systems operate safely, efficiently and meet the high standards required for national defence capability.
Day‑to‑day, you’ll lead and contribute to multidisciplinary projects, working on system upgrades, integration, testing and acceptance of facilities, vehicles, control, surveillance and data systems. You will engage with a broad range of stakeholders, mentor junior engineers, support technical assurance, and contribute to the development of best practice across the team.

This role is full‑time and based at Fort Halstead. Travel to other QinetiQ and customer sites will be expected.
