A leading property consultancy is looking for a Senior Surveyor to join their Commercial Property and Asset Management team in Cambridge. Responsible for enhancing property value through active asset management, the ideal candidate will be a Chartered Surveyor with substantial experience and a strong understanding of property legislation. Due to business growth, we are looking for an RICS Chartered Surveyor to join our Commercial Property and Asset Management team based within our Cambridge office. The post holder will be responsible for a varied portfolio and contribute to the growth of the firm’s Commercial Property and Asset Management team in Cambridge, while also helping to strengthen Carter Jonas’ profile. What will it take to be successful?
We are seeking a Chartered Surveyor with significant post qualification experience and good working knowledge of all relevant legislature including L&T Act 1954, L&T Cov. Act 1995. The post holder will have strong client management and communication skills and will have the ability to drive business initiatives forward in a confident and personable manner. The role involves travel so a valid driving license is required.
