A national care organization in Whitchurch seeks a Senior Support Worker for a children's residential role. The candidate will provide personalized care, support children's needs, and maintain a safe environment. Applicants need to have NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Childcare and a full UK driving license. The position offers 39 hours per week, including additional pay from sleep-ins, comprehensive training, and various perks including a £500 referral bonus and NEST Pension Scheme contributions.
JOB ROLE:Senior Support Worker - Children's Residential
LOCATION:Please note, you are required to hold a Full UK Driving License as this role is based in Whitchurch, Shropshire (SY13)
HOURS: 39 hours per week
Assigned shift structure39 hours per week (including overnights) £62.64 per sleep-in (working approx. 4-8 sleep ins per month, additional earnings from £3,000 to £6,000 per annum)
