A leading care organization in Kettering is seeking a Senior Support Worker to assist senior management in assessing support needs for individuals with learning disabilities. The role emphasizes respect, empathy, and teamwork. Successful candidates will have a Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care, along with a Full UK Driving Licence. Salary £12.71 per hour (£24,784 per annum)

As a Senior Support Workeryour role will be to assist in the senior management to assess peoples support needs and workwith people we support to initiate and develop new ideas and methods regarding the quality of service.
