People at Wembdon Rise enjoy a variety of activities. There are ten people who live here, who each have their own unique activities that they enjoy, and goals that they are working towards, which continually evolve with that person over time. These can include attending college courses, local social events or clubs, maintaining physical activity, and days out to places across the country. The team also helps with shopping and everyday tasks to support independence and living skills. The home has been rated good, thanks to the teams' hard work in supporting people to live fulfilled lives, and we pride ourselves on person-centred support.
