Qualifications

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and Chartered or Incorporated Engineer (ICE or IStructE).
• Management qualification at NVQ 4 level or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of highway structures, inspection regimes, and maintenance techniques.
• Experience managing large budgets with financial acumen.
• Experience building relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of specialist structural design and assessment software packages.
