Job summary

Qualifications

Reports to: Head of Athletic Performance

Hours: Varied and inclusive of weekends

London Broncos are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Senior Strength & Conditioning coach to join their high‑performance team.

Responsibilities
  • Prescribe and deliver gym and field‑based speed, strength and conditioning sessions in conjunction with the Head of Athletic Performance.
  • Communicate effectively with medical staff to prescribe and deliver relevant strength programmes for injured players, ensuring a seamless reintegration following injury.
Qualifications – Education / Training
  • Degree or equivalent in Strength & Conditioning or Exercise & Sports Science (Essential)
  • Post‑Graduate degree in Strength & Conditioning or Exercise & Sports Science (Desirable)
  • Minimum three years’ experience working in elite level sport (Essential)
  • Ability to operate GPS tracking systems (Essential)
  • Recognised certification in S&C related competence (e.g., NSCA, UKSCA, ASCA, etc.) (Desirable)
