Senior Staff Nurse - Oncology
London, Private Care at Guy’s (Part of London Bridge Hospital)
Full time – 37.5 hours per week
Salary: Competitive + Shift Enhancement

We’re looking for an experienced Oncology Nurse to join our cancer nursing team at Private Care at Guy’s – one of our state‑of‑the‑art cancer centres, currently rated “Outstanding” by the CQC. The facility features theatres, chemotherapy and radiotherapy, oncology and surgical wards, and a JACIE accredited stem cell transplantation unit. You will be part of a team that delivers high‑quality care and pioneers clinical innovation.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high‑quality nursing care across a range of oncology settings, including chemotherapy, radiotherapy and other treatments.
  • Administer chemotherapy and other anti‑cancer treatments through the Systemic Anti‑Cancer Treatments (SACT) programme.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to meet patients’ medical, physical and emotional needs.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and support clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives.
What you’ll bring
  • Current NMC Nurse registration.
  • Experience in chemotherapy administration (SACT) desirable.
  • Post‑registration experience within haematology or oncology setting.
  • Clinical skills in venepuncture, cannulation and intravenous drug administration.
