What you will do

• Work closely with your Team Manager to lead and supervise colleagues, supporting daily operations.
• Maintain a smaller caseload, allowing you to focus on children and families with complex needs.
• Undertake in-depth assessments and develop tailored support plans.
• Provide mentorship and share your wealth of knowledge and experience with team members and students.
• Promote high standards of practice through reflective opportunities and ongoing professional learning.
• Deliver on-the-job training, coaching, and mentoring for less experienced staff.
