Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering refurbishment or upgrade projects.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety and safe systems of work in live environments.
• Experience coordinating M&E works as part of a wider construction programme.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for site safety, quality, programme and delivery across projects.
• Lead and coordinate internal trades and M&E teams with subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, environmental and quality standards.
