About the Role

As the Senior Sales Negotiator, you will play a pivotal role in the sales process, handling property sales from start to finish. You will be responsible for securing new instructions, negotiating offers, and managing transactions to completion, all while providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Handling a variety of properties, conducting viewings, and negotiating sales
  • Building and maintaining relationships with vendors and buyers
  • Securing new property instructions and generating leads
  • Managing the sales process efficiently from instruction to completion
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Providing expert advice to clients on the property market and selling strategies
  • Stepping into support Branch Manager on market appraisals during busy periods.
  • Supporting the branch manager to effectively manage their team.
About You

Are you a motivated and enthusiastic Senior Sales Negotiator, with experience of working in a busy estate agency setting?

If this sounds like you, we really want to hear from you. You will be required to have the following skills:

  • 1 year’s experience in a similar role
  • Clean Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
