We’re looking for a Senior Sales Manager to lead a talented sales organisation of up to 20 people — including 2 Sales Managers, 15 Sales Reps, and 3 BDRs — driving £10m+ annual new business revenue across multiple channels. If you thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments and love building structure, strategy, and success from the ground up — we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team of up to 20
  • Deliver and exceed a £10m+ annual target through new customer acquisition
  • Build and execute multi-channel sales strategies to accelerate growth
  • Champion a solution-based sales approach — solving customer challenges, not just selling products
  • Drive pipeline management and forecasting discipline to ensure accuracy and predictability
  • Inspire energy, accountability, and resilience across your team
  • 3–5 years’ leadership experience (first & second line) within high-growth sales teams
  • Proven success in new business development and multi-channel acquisition
  • Strong background in Human Capital Management (HCM) sales (accountancy experience desirable)
  • A natural leader who thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communicator and stakeholder manager — confident, credible, and collaborative
