As a Business Development Manager for enterprise business, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities to drive revenue growth and increase profitability of the company. You will engage with all levels of prospects and stakeholders, through strategic alliances with customers and direct meetings with prospective clients to provide advice and our solution proposal to seal deals.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and partners and explore business opportunities.
  • Identify requirements of customers and partners and promote H3C products and solutions.
  • Produce and deliver formal business proposals and presentations.
  • Communicate effectively and coordinate with other members of team to win projects and ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Achieve revenue target and KPI per quarter.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • 5+ years of direct sales or channel sales experience in ICT equipment manufacturer, distributor or system integrator.
  • Experience in end‑user touch, and evidence of connection with key customers of the specific industry customer and market knowledge, especially for public sector or Carrier client etc.
  • Ability to explore new opportunities, work out customer product competitive strategies and competitive plans.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong work ethic
