Job description

Job Title: Senior Residential Childcare Support Worker

Location: Eggborough, North Yorkshire

Salary: £27,519.96 to £28,128.36 base salary with the potential to earn up to £32,919.96 to £33,528.36 with sleep‑ins

Working Hours: 39 hours per week – shift pattern

Hourly Rate: Dependent on qualification and sleep‑in shifts

Number of Sleeps Required: 8–10 per month

Pay Per Sleep: £45 per sleep

Service: Children’s Home

Service Users: YPs with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), trauma, neglect, CSE, and CCE

Qualifications Required: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or Equivalent (mandatory)

Experience in Years Required: Minimum 1 year supporting vulnerable young people
