Based in an Ofsted-registered children’s home, our service provides crisis intervention placements that give young people (aged 8–18) a chance to reset, grow, and thrive through structure, outdoor adventure, and trauma-informed care.
As a Senior Activity Worker, you’ll lead by example — combining hands‑on therapeutic care with leadership in outdoor activities like kayaking, mountain biking, and rock climbing. You’ll also support the management team by guiding and supervising Residential Activity Workers, helping ensure that best practice is consistently delivered across the service.
During your 4 working days, you’ll reside onsite at the activity centre (accommodation and meals provided), offering continuity and consistent support for young people.
