A growing Technology business in London is seeking a Senior Reporting Accountant for an initial 6-month contract. The role involves preparation and review of financial statements under US GAAP and IFRS, delivery of external reporting, and ownership of UK statutory reports. Altum Consulting are recruiting for Senior Reporitng Accountants to join a growing Technology business based in central London. These roles are being offered on initial 6 month day rate contracts and candidates must be immediately available to start.

These newly created roles have arisen due to continued growth and increasing complexity within the group. This is an excellent opportunity for ambitious, technically strong accountants to play a key role in a dynamic, scaling organisation.

Role:

• Preparation and review of financial statements under US GAAP and IFRS
• Delivery of external financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with reporting standards
• Ownership of UK statutory reporting, including coordination with external auditors
• Preparation and review of group consolidations
• Supporting month-end and year-end close processes
• Acting as a key technical accounting contact within the finance function
• Supporting process improvements as the business continues to scale

You'll be/have:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/CA) trained within a Big 4 or top-tier accounting firm
• Strong technical accounting knowledge across US GAAP and IFRS
• Proven experience in external reporting, UK statutory accounts, and consolidations
• Experience working with complex or group structures is highly desirable
• Immediately available or on short notice
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
