Job summary

A leading technology consultancy in London is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst specialized in regulatory reporting. The role demands extensive knowledge of financial regulations and involves collaboration across technology and business teams. Ideal candidates should have regulatory reporting experience and proficiency in SQL and Excel. This position offers a hybrid working model and a contract for an initial 6 months with possible extensions.

Qualifications

• Solid working knowledge of reporting regulations across global jurisdictions including ESMA, MAS, ASIC, MiFID II, SFTR and Solvency II.
• Extensive experience of Regulatory Trade and/or Transaction Reporting with venues such as UnaVista and DTCC.
• Experience with data mapping and proficiency using technical tools such as Excel, SQL, XML including XPath and XSLT.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical analysis of regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with colleagues across technology and the business to assess the impact of regulatory changes.
• Perform gap analysis and impact assessments to identify necessary changes.
