• Develop, manage and maintain the client relationship, delivering risk transfer solutions.
• Lead client service teams to deliver exceptional outcomes and support career development.
• Develop client account plans and oversee delivery.
• Make recommendations for improvement in efficiency and processes.
• Provide coverage and technical guidance to colleagues and clients.
• Support or lead Business Development activities as required.
