Senior Radiographer

As a Senior Radiographer at our Highgate Hospital, you’ll have a BSC degree in diagnostic radiography (or equivalent), a postgraduate qualification and be competent on both CT and MRI with some extension to Core Services. Ideally, you’ll also have Radiation Protection Supervisor training and qualification, as well as the ability to work accurately and compassionately.

As a Senior Radiographer, you will:
  • See each patient as an individual, offering understanding and empathy
  • Deliver a high‑quality diagnostic imaging service for a varied caseload – in the department, on the ward and in theatre
  • Work with leading practitioners and cutting‑edge practices, equipment and facilities
  • Carry out scoping to develop policies and procedures
  • Supervise and develop junior colleagues
  • Ensure a service of the highest quality is delivered with sensitivity and compassion
