Overview

Job purpose: Responsible for overseeing and implementing quality systems and processes, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability, and leading quality improvement initiatives across LB Bentley.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement quality systems and processes to ensure that our products meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations
• Conduct quality audits, review data and analytics, and make recommendations for process improvements
• Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans to identify and address product defects and issues
• Lead and mentor junior quality engineers, providing guidance and support on complex projects and initiatives
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify quality issues, develop corrective actions, and ensure timely resolution
• Develop and maintain documentation related to quality systems and processes
• Regularly communicate with key stakeholders, including senior management and customers, to provide updates on quality initiatives and progress
