Overview

Senior Property Manager – South London – Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:30. One day working from home after probation. Salary: £40,000–£48,000.

My client, an award‑winning real estate company that has been operating for over 100 years, is looking for a Senior Property Manager to join the team in South London. You will be responsible for a portfolio of properties totalling 500+ units that are a mix of AST and old rent tenancy for the same landlord.

Responsibilities
  • Direct management of the property portfolio and the team
  • Handle daily maintenance including complex maintenance and urgent works in a timely and competent manner
  • Arrange inventories, check-ins/check-outs and conduct property inspections
  • Meet and greet new tenants
  • Coordinate estimates and arrange repairs with contractors; liaise between landlord and tenants; troubleshoot as needed
  • Handle insurance claims

  • Team management experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organised and punctual
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Keen problem solver and able to work under pressure
