The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in planning roles, proficiency in Primavera, and a strong understanding of project management principles. Qualifications

• Extensive experience of working in a busy Planning role.
• Proven track record of creating and maintaining robust project plans.
• Able to demonstrate the ability to challenge project teams on their plans.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers and Engineers in project plan construction.
• Coordinate project budgeting and status reporting.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and support monthly reporting requirements.

Skills

Extensive experience in Planning role

Experience with planning software (Primavera)

Knowledge of Project Management

Experience in providing planning support

Experience with earned value management processes

Competent user of MS Office (Word, Excel)

Education

A Level education or equivalent

APM qualification or equivalent

Degree in Project/Business discipline

Tools

Primavera

MS Office Suite

Risk analysis software (e.g. Monte Carlo)
