About the Role

Egis is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Project Manager to support key strategic initiatives within ongoing nuclear projects, as well as contribute to innovative civil works design solutions and upcoming tenders. This role requires a problem-solving mindset, cross-functional coordination, and a strong understanding of project delivery in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic support to the Egis Project Director for the SZC Contract (25%).
  • Analyze project performance, risks, and challenges to recommend improvements.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and strategic reviews for senior management.
  • Align internal teams to ensure efficient delivery of commitments.
  • Lead and coordinate the civil works design innovation roadmap, ensuring integration with French design teams.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and digital innovation in civil engineering design.
  • Support the implementation of new methodologies, tools, and best practices in nuclear civil works delivery.
  • Facilitate technical exchanges between UK and French engineering teams to drive alignment and efficiency.
  • Contribute to the preparation and execution of strategic tenders for major nuclear projects (2025-2026).
  • Develop technical proposals, cost estimates, and risk assessments.
  • Engage with stakeholders to position Egis competitively in the market.
  • Incorporate lessons learned from current projects into future bid strategies.

What we need from you

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proven track record in resolving project challenges.
  • Experience in civil engineering project management, ideally within nuclear or large infrastructure sectors.
  • Familiarity with UK and French nuclear project frameworks, including regulatory and contractual requirements.
  • Ability to work across multi-disciplinary and international teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of tendering processes and business development is a plus.

  • Reporting to: Egis Project Director
  • Travel: Occasional travel to France and UK project sites may be required.
