Overview

Canopius is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join the Change team. The Change Team is responsible for delivering on strategic change within Canopius that brings measurable benefits within a defined cost and value to our business.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver challenging, complex projects
  • Capture and agree clear and measurable scope at the start of the project
  • Plan and deliver large, complex projects within timeline, budget and quality
  • Day-to-day management of all project activities
  • Manage and escalate risks, actions, and issues through proactive communication
  • Project reporting and governance processes
  • Stakeholder management at all levels
  • Create and run steering groups and other governance groups
  • Develop and execute a communication plan
  • Identify and manage inter-project dependencies
About You

Proven track record of end-to-end delivery of complex, large-scale projects, ideally within the Insurance sector. Demonstrated ability to lead technology-driven transformation initiatives. Strong stakeholder management capabilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proactive and structured approach to project planning. Skilled in producing high-quality project documentation. Experience managing third-party vendors and service providers. Familiarity with Claims domain and London Market operations is a plus. Agile and Waterfall delivery experience.
