• Ability to deliver within programme and cost controls.
• Capable of developing close working relationships with clients and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the delivery of projects on time and budget.
• Sets overall standards on projects.
• Manage project requirements and resolutions.
• Line management of Project Managers and Site Managers.
• Responsible for client relationship management.
