Your main responsibilities:
  • Drive strategic market growth by partnering with the Business Manager to shape and execute bold marketing strategies that elevate our market presence.
  • Create impactful content by designing and developing compelling sales and marketing materials that resonate with key decision‑makers.
  • Build strong connections and become the vital link between ourselves and our key opinion‑leading customer base, creating and implementing key strategic messages.
  • Take charge of our presence at major exhibitions and conferences, turning them into powerful brand awareness and lead‑generating activities.
  • Develop and implement strategies that open doors and accelerate adoption in the critical interventional cardiology healthcare segment.
  • Analyse complex market insights and data to identify trends, inform decisions, and uncover growth potential, as well as creating transferable strategic value differentiators into key messages.
  • Lead the planning and execution of our new and impactful excellence in training programs and industry‑leading events.
What you need to succeed:
  • A strong proven track record and the ability to create and deliver clear strategic marketing plans (ideally within interventional cardiology but not necessary).
  • A proven track record of delivering results in the UK healthcare system.
  • A professional qualification of at least CIM Level 6 or equivalent strategic/operational marketing expertise.
  • A creative thinker with an innovative/lateral thinking mindset who thrives on fresh ideas and bold solutions.
  • Energetic, proactive, autonomous, and ready to take ownership from day one.
