Job Requirements
  • 3+ years of product management experience as an individual contributor, working in a fast-paced, agile environment as part of a cross‑functional team
  • B2C experience (fintech experience is ‘a nice to have’ but not a pre‑requisite)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Case studies and experiences that evidence your impact on the products you’ve worked on
  • Experience working with native apps as a Product Manager
Job Responsibilities
  • Use quantitative and qualitative data to help inform product decisions, and initiate data analysis or research studies where we need more data
  • Work closely with your Product Design peer to ensure user needs are met within a high-quality product experience
  • Take big problems and big ideas and break them down into smaller, more actionable steps - we want to validate hypotheses rapidly and efficiently
  • Help set and track relevant metrics and OKRs, ensuring your work aligns with the company’s goals. Support the team in identifying and adjusting KPIs where needed.
  • Work with engineers to design, build and maintain our services, ensuring they are built with scalability and performance in mind
  • Communicate key updates from your product area across the wider business to ensure alignment
  • Model best practice behaviours and activities in both product management and teamwork
