A leading healthcare provider in Winchester is seeking a Senior Primary Care Nurse to lead a multi-disciplinary team in delivering exceptional care at HMP Winchester. The role involves medication rounds, patient assessment, and promoting best practices within the nursing team. We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Primary Care Nurse to join our primary care team at HMP Winchester, a category B Prison located in central Winchester.
HMP Winchester is a Category B Local remand prison located in Central Winchester accommodating approximately 670 male prisoners.
Although the site is close to Winchester city centre there is onsite parking for all staff and it is a short walk from Winchester train station.
37.5 hours a week working a mix of 50/50 days and nights. 2 weeks of day shifts & 2 weeks of nights. i.e. working a mix of shifts days and nights over a 4 week rolling rota. 7 nights in 4 week period.
Nights: 20:30 – 08:00
Days: 07:30 – 20:00
This position is full time, you’ll receive an annual salary up to £54397 per annum – depending on experience.
