Job Purpose

To Support the Occupational Therapy Lead to manage and supervise the operational delivery of a high standard of person centred care and support by the Community Occupational Therapy team. Ensuring the provision of a comprehensive, intensive service and promoting good outcomes for individuals, their families and carers

Requirements
  • Professional Qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Registration with HCPC
  • PVG (adults & children)
  • Current Full UK Driving Licence

  • Ability to communicate effectively with service users, staff, carers and internal/external professionals to achieve improved outcomes for service users
  • A flexible and creative approach in order to manage human, physical and financial resources effectively
