• Champion the needs of children aged 0 to 18 who are in care, developing and implementing their care plans
• Facilitate transitions into adulthood, ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive

• Maintain and apply an expert knowledge of the statutory duties related to Children in Care
• Participate actively in team meetings, bringing insights and support to fellow practitioners
• Keep meticulous records, ensuring compliance with legal standards while contributing to the Ofsted‑rated OUTSTANDING services offered by our Local Authority
