What you will do:

  • Manage complex cases and provide expert advice and support to less experienced team members

  • Evaluate risk and prioritise workload efficiently to ensure high standards of practice
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of effective service plans and interventions
  • Remain available during visit times and undertake on-site duty during your allocated week

Must have significant experience as an Advanced Practitioner or Senior Practitioner in a Duty and Assessment Team. The team operates on a 6-week duty cycle, requiring you to be in the office for a full week during your duty and remain available during visit times. Aside from the on-site duty activity during your designated week, you can enjoy hybrid working for the remaining four weeks.
