What you will do:

  • Manage complex casework and provide expert advice and advocacy for Camden residents.
  • Collaborate with the Team Manager, Senior, and Advanced Practitioners to promote best practices.
  • Develop the service model in alignment with the Council’s Financial Strategy.
  • Lead policy and practice development by participating in service reviews.
  • Foster an environment of continuous learning and quality improvement.
  • Work with managers and commissioners to optimise resources and ensure positive outcomes.
  • Deputise for Team Managers when necessary, supporting the Neighbourhood Teams.
  • Encourage positive risk-taking to enhance service user independence.
  • Advocate for integrated whole systems working, engaging with both internal and external services.
  • Provide professional consultation and advice to colleagues and partner agencies.
  • Manage a small complex caseload under supervision.
